Problem
Insurance brokers do not have any cost-effective in-house solution for a product recommendation engine. As such, brokers do not have actionable insight on their customer data causing customers to churn, as well as propensity to buy more insurance products.
Solution
Founded at MIT, their technology platform takes minimal anonymous data about their customers’ clients data, and can predict those clients future behaviour (renewals, repurchasing, purchasing additional products, churn, best new customer, etc), and ultimately lifetime value.
